The grace promise & overrun
We never cut you off mid-event. Ever.
3 min read
If you run low during a live service, Jesus Speaks does not stop. This is our grace promise: we never cut you off mid-event.
- A session that's already live keeps running to the end, even if you hit zero.
- You just can't start a brand-new session until you top up.
Advanced — Allow overrun
If you have a subscription with a card on file, you can optionally turn on Allow overrun — sessions keep going past zero and the extra is billed at your next renewal. Without it, you simply top up before starting the next session.
Important
The service is never interrupted
No congregation will ever watch the translation cut out because of credits. That's the whole point of the promise.
