Your plan and entitlement set which languages are available to you. From that menu you choose the subset your congregation actually needs, so listeners aren't scrolling past languages no one uses.
Tip
Leave it empty for all
If you don't select any, the room offers every language available to you. Narrow it down only when you want a shorter, tidier picker for listeners.
