“Listeners hear nothing / audio is choppy”

Listeners must tap once; check earbuds, Wi-Fi, and that Audio is On.

3 min read

If listeners aren't hearing the translation, run through these in order.

  1. 1Make sure each listener has tapped once to enable audio — phones require it before they'll play sound.
  2. 2Ask them to use earbuds.
  3. 3Check the venue Wi-Fi, or have them switch to cellular data.
  4. 4On the operator screen, confirm Audio is On and the room is live.

Tip

Choppy usually means network

Stuttering audio almost always points to a weak connection on the listener's side. Earbuds and a move to cellular fix most cases.
