Sentence mode vs Fast mode
Complete sentences for clarity, or fast phrases for the lowest latency.
3 min read
Jesus Speaks can deliver translation two ways. The right one depends on how you're speaking.
- Fast mode — translates each phrase the moment it's finalized. Lowest latency, but can feel fragmented.
- Sentence mode — waits for a natural pause and delivers complete sentences. Cleaner and more readable, with slightly more delay.

Our recommendation
Use Sentence mode for preaching and teaching — it reads beautifully. Switch to Fast mode for rapid back-and-forth like Q&A.
Toggle it on the operator footer or from the phone remote — it changes live, mid-session.
